Program Description

Serv-U-Success sends informative text messages to job candidates who have applied to an open job and opted in to receiving text messages about their existing application/job interview. Candidates opt into text messaging during the job application process. This is a job application use case.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Serv-U-Success is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS/text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your application status and the hiring process. You may receive multiple messages during the course of your application and interview process.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

● Opt-In: You opt in to receive text messages by checking the box that states: \"I consent to be contacted over SMS/Text for this job. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive informational text messages. Message frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.\"
● Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
